Entry Level Fabricator/Finisher

Baer Welding is a family-owned welding and fabrication shop. What started out as a small, local business is now a company that has done work all over the nation. We are known for our integrity and high-quality work. We are looking a couple of motivated individuals that have a passion for learning fabrication, and who can help us with finishing such as grinding, polishing, buffing, sanding, and patina's. The ideal candidate is excited about learning ornamental metal fabrication, both ferrous and non-ferrous, who has great work ethic, takes pride in their work, and who has the ability to adapt and learn quickly. Starting pay is $18 per hour depending on experience, with room for career advancement. Baer Welding encourages professional development and compensates high performers.
