- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate sheet metal parts.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble sheet metal components.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and
- Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy according to specifications.
- Use rigging and crane operations safely for lifting heavy materials or assemblies during fabrication or installation processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to ASME codes & standards during fabrication and assembly to guarantee safety and quality compliance.
- Assist with pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, mechanical assembly, and other related manufacturing tasks as needed.
- Proven construction site experience or hands-on fabrication background in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in MIG and FCAW welding techniques with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality welds.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is essential for accurate fabrication.
- Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment.
- Basic math skills required for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
- Knowledge of rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, pipe threading, soldering, and mechanical assembly is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow safety protocols related to construction sites and manufacturing environments.
