Entry-Level Contract Landman

Overview:

As an entry-level position, you will play a vital role in supporting various projects while also learning the basics of land work. In this position, you will work closely with seasoned professionals, assisting them with various tasks, and you will begin to familiarize yourself with different types of projects you can expect to encounter as your career progresses.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with reviewing and organizing land title documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare documentation and tracking correspondence.

- Conduct research on property ownership.

- Always ask questions, be willing to help, and be ready to learn.

Must Have:

- Be a recent college graduate (within 3 years)

- Live within the DFW Area and be able to commute at least 3 days a week to an office in Addison (North Dallas).
