Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Landman based in Midland, TX, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Landman will conduct title research, negotiate leases and analyze ownership. Additional responsibilities include drafting reports, assisting with property acquisitions, maintaining land records, and collaborating with internal teams to support energy development projects.

Qualifications

- Experience with Title Research, Title Examination, and understanding of land records

- Knowledge of Mineral Rights, Surface Rights and Working Interest

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail and documentation

- Proficiency in software and tools related to land and mineral management

- Excellent communication

- Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
