We are seeking a motivated and innovative Business Development Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving the growth of the company.
The Business Development Engineer will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the engineering field, as well as superior skills in business management and strategic planning.
Business Development Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to design and implement business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, tender responses, and project plans.
- Participate in professional conferences and events to network and promote the company’s products and services.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Engineer or a similar role in Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in project management and/or sales in Oil and Gas.
- Experience with Control Systems and Electrical Engineering projects.
- EPC background is preferred.
- BS degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills.

- Core Hours: Monday– Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30pm
