TSE International Inc. designs and manufactures specialized conductor handling equipment for electrical transmission, distribution lines, and telecommunications projects, including fiber optics. TSE has been in the business for over 30 years. Our manufacturing facility is equipped for welding, fabrication, machining, painting, and assembly. TSE also provides startup support, training, repair services, and an extensive inventory of spare parts to support both new and legacy equipment.
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, managing key accounts, and exploring market opportunities to expand the company's reach. Key tasks include analyzing market trends, leading negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals. Extensive travel is required to meet with clients and attend industry events. The territory includes WY, MT, ID, WA, OR, AK, HI, and northern CA.
- Experience with long sales cycles
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and implementing business development strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven capabilities in sales, negotiations, and closing deals
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive business growth plans
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is a preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
