In this position, the Energy Service Representative will be tasked with cultivating commercial client interest, audit facilities for energy conservation measures and produce signed proposals. In this role, you will tackle a range of sales and auditing responsibilities. These include:
- Learn and engage in company training to identify existing and proposed lighting, EV charging, HVAC, and new emerging energy efficiency equipment.
- Communicate well with customers to explain program offerings and process.
- Drive to multiple pre-scheduled commercial businesses to audit the existing facility for energy-saving measures.
- Compile existing and proposed measures to develop an energy efficiency project proposal.
- Climb/use of extension ladders to verify existing measures and take pictures.
- Utilize the M&M CRM system and Excel-based tools to input project data and track project status.
- Work well in a team environment, moving projects through the life cycle with multiple department touchpoints.
