Dispatcher/Customer Service

dividesMichaud Harnois Energies Inc. is currently searching for a Dispatcher that will join the customer service team at its satellite office in Dalhousie.

The Dispatcher will be responsible to accomplish the following tasks (but not limited to) :

- Welcomes and responds to customer enquiries, by phone or on site.

- Will do some lubricant sales

- Prepares delivery tickets and all other required paperwork for the delivery trucks

- Schedules delivery routes, divides the workload equally, and contacts the truck drivers if any unforeseen deliveries.

- Verifies invoices vs actual sold products

- Balances cash registers and product inventory

- Produces and sends invoices

- Prepare and sends account statements and receive payments

- Monitors fuel permits within accounts to ensure customers have certificates required before deliveries.

Job requirements

- Candidate must be bilingual in both official languages (English and French - Writing and Oral).

- Must be at ease with working with computers and Microsoft Office

- Job requires a high level of professionalism, attention to details and concentration.

- Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

- Experience in a similar job will be considered an asset.

- Training will be done on site with our customer service team.

- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
