Delivery Dispatcher

Our office in Santa Rosa California is seeking an experienced Delivery Dispatcher to be one of the first points of contact with our customers.

- The Delivery Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring optimal deliveries to customers and enhancing overall delivery efficiency. This role works collaboratively with Operations teams, including DM s and drivers, to accurately forecast, plan, and route deliveries while reducing Out-of-Gas, Inefficient, and Zero Fill stops. Responsibilities include using planning tools, maintaining delivery data, and keeping customer account information current and accurate.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Area Manager, the Delivery Dispatcher will:

· Project optimal deliveries using basic math, historical usage data, and delivery planning tools.

· Verify delivery information and maintain accurate delivery logs.

· Manage tank monitor setup through the Otodata portal and review discrepancies.

· Provide periodic on-site support when required.

· Coordinate and communicate regularly with Divisions, including drivers and DMs.

· Update system information and ensure all customer data is complete and up to date.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service or administrative support.

Skills & Abilities:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (if travel is required).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Regularly bend, squat, kneel, and climb in/out of service vehicles.

- General office-based work with potential for occasional field visits.

- 20% travel

- Capable of working in varying outdoor weather conditions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Primarily office-based with occasional field visits.

- May include interaction with delivery and operations teams in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
