Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels, product content, and industry events. This role combines hands-on content creation with campaign management and trade show coordination in a technical B2B environment. The position may be filled in conjunction with MITACS funding.
- Produce and edit product-focused visual content, including videos and images for marketing and sales use
- Own and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting with optimization recommendations
- Draft and publish technical social media content aligned with product capabilities and target industries
- Design marketing materials (digital and print), ensuring consistent visual quality and brand alignment
- Support preparation for trade shows and events, including coordination of banners, posters, booth design, and vendor sourcing
- Assist with general marketing operations, including asset organization and campaign execution support
- Proven ability to create high-quality product videos and images (shooting, editing, post-production)
- Strong, hands-on working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics (2026 interfaces) — must be comfortable navigating current UI structures, workflows, and reporting tools across major platforms without reliance on outdated documentation or automated assistants
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize campaigns with meaningful performance insights (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion tracking, attribution)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and a solid sense of visual composition
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear marketing content
