- Input and update data into company database and Oracle based system with high accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Collect, verify, and compile data from various sources to ensure correct billing to clients
- Perform data entry tasks using primarily Microsoft Access based software
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks and audits
- Support team members with clerical tasks as needed to streamline workflow
- Verify data entered by field operators to ensure accuracy
- Prior office experience or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with data collection, filing, and clerical procedures
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with standard office software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
