We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk/ Call Centre Representative to join our firm. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are organized, comfortable working with computers, and eager to develop administrative and data management skills.
In the role of Data Entry you will:
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Organize and file digital and paper records as needed
- Generate simple reports or summaries when requested
- Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
In the role of Customer Service Representative you will:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer, vendor calls
- log all calls into database
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Bilingual (English / French ) an asset
- Previous office, clerical or data entry experience is an asset
- Previous call center experience is an asset
- basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- good typing and keyboarding skills
