We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work with databases. The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by maintaining accurate records and facilitating data collection processes.

Responsibilities

- Input and manage data into various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.

- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.

- Assist in data collection efforts to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist with onboarding paperwork, sign-in logs, and time tracking.

- Coordinate hotel reservations, meals and other travel logistics as directed by the foremen or manager.

Experience

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and cloud-based reporting tools.

- Familiarity with databases and data management systems is highly desirable.

- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
