THE OPPORTUNITY Position Summary

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support timekeeping and payroll data processes at our Langley facility. This role is responsible for accurate daily entry of employee timecards and uploading data into SAP systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Major Responsibilities

- Enter daily timecard data for hourly employees with accuracy and attention to detail

- Upload and maintain employee timekeeping records in SAP

- Review timecard entries for completeness and resolve discrepancies

- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data submission

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information

- Perform basic administrative tasks related to timekeeping documentation

- This role is fully on-site at the Langley location

Required Experience And Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and SAP or similar ERP platforms

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Hourly Rate

: $22 - $26

We consider many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The final salary offer will be presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
