Customer Service Representative- Manufacturing (3+ years exp required)

Duties

- Assist incoming customer calls, emails and chats.

- Interpret machine records, manuals & prints for accurate quoting of OEM Aftermarket replacement parts and up sales.

- Efficiently & accurately enter customer estimates, orders & returns for both consumer & service departments

- Follow up with customers on estimates and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Up sell add-on products for machine parts being quoted

- Effectively communicate across internal departments

- Participate in weekly meetings to enhance department proficiencies

ERP knowledge of Syteline 10 preferred. Required Education and Experience – anassociate degree in a business area, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing sales support customer service role. CRM Experience is a plus.
