- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within manufacturing, machining, and industrial sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our manufacturing capabilities and solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and territory management activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation of terms and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments.
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within manufacturing or machine shop industries.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CR
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical specifications clearly.
- Skilled in inside sales techniques like cold calling, follow-up communications, and customer service excellence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Experience in marketing strategies related to manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
