Your Impact in This Role

As a

Customer Services Representative

your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving commercial, technical, and operational issues.

- Manage customer onboarding according to company processes.

- Handle order and contract management, including order entry, amendments, billing, and price revisions.

- Provide commercial support by preparing offers, sending samples, and handling inquiries.

- Administer accurate data in ERP systems and maintain shipment files for audit purposes.

- Coordinate logistics activities, including transport planning, customs documentation, and complaint resolution.

- Manage export processes, track shipments, and liaise with customs agents for overseas deliveries.

What You Bring To The Table

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics in an international environment.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Salesforce, BI, CPM

Languages:

Proficient in English and Spanish preferable
