Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of all interior spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.

- Manage groundskeeping duties including lawn mowing, trimming shrubs, snow removal, and maintaining outdoor walkways for safety and aesthetics.

- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting touch-ups, replacing light bulbs, and fixing fixtures to support overall facilities upkeep.

- Operate industrial cleaning tools like floor scrubbers or pressure washers for deep cleaning projects.

- Assist with other responsibilities by supporting event setups or moving supplies as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Experience

- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance tasks like painting or minor repairs helps ensure versatility in the role.

- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and safety standards.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
