Pay Rate: $24-$30 (wage review after 90 days of employment)

Job responsibilities may include: *
Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure
*PM Repairs
*Maintaining property
*Maintaining maintenance reporting system
Skills and Qualifications:
*Maintenance experience/knowledge
*Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and independently
*Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
* Mechanical knowledge*
Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting Manufacturing machines
*Experience with PM’s (Preventative Maintenance Program)
*Knowledge of steel fabrication a plus
* Ability to read blueprints*
Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with other verbally
- Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
