Commercial Driver's License Driver

Overview We are seeking a motivated and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team.

MUST have 5+ years experience And safe driving record. You will primarily be doing dump trailer loads. Required to take loads early 3 AM in the morning.

$275-$325 daily pay.

Home daily.

Duties

- Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

- Load and unload materials using manual lifting techniques or specialized equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo

- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure vehicle safety standards are met

- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in compliance with federal and state regulations

- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed during loading or unloading processes to ensure efficiency and safety

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly

- Perform routine maintenance checks on trucks and report any mechanical concerns to the maintenance team

Qualifications

- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the types of trucks operated

- Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery operations, or related roles with a focus on heavy-duty trucks such as dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers

- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and assist with minor repairs or maintenance needs

- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred

- Ability to load, secure, and unload cargo safely using manual techniques or specialized equipment like front loaders or roll-off mechanisms

- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving or standing

- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy vehicle operation and cargo handling
