What You'll Do

- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines (including cylindrical and centerless) to meet tight tolerances on critical parts.

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute each job with confidence.

- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to optimize performance and throughput.

- Program or modify CNC controls to match part specifications and ensure repeatability.

- Inspect and measure finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify quality.

- Ensure safety and quality compliance while maintaining accurate records of production, setups, and inspections.

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years operating CNC grinders in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T; skills with solid machining fundamentals.

- Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

- Team-oriented mindset and success in fast-paced environments.
