CNC Machinist (Experienced) – $30–$40/hr

- What You’ll Do

- Set up and operate CNC mills and inspection equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job travelers

- Perform in-process inspections

- Make tool offsets and minor program edits as needed

- Maintain AS9100 quality standards and meet production deadlines

- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of CNC machining experience on 3 and/or 5 axis mills

- Strong understanding of setups and tooling

- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances

- Experience with G-code and/or conversational programming is a plus

- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality parts

- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Bonus Points For

- Experience with multi-axis machines

- CAM programming experience

- Aerospace or tight-tolerance machining background

Schedule

- M- F 7:30 - 4:30 and some Saturdays

- Flexible scheduling options may be available
