In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) lathes to produce high-quality metal components that meet precise specifications. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This position also offers opportunities to perform additional tasks, such as operating a laser marker or assisting with light assembly to support customer demand and expand your skill set.

- Set up and operate CNC machines (experience with Fanuc and Mazak controls is a plus)

- Identify and resolve machining or program issues

- Perform inspections to ensure components meet drawing and quality specifications

- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

- Complete basic daily maintenance on machines

- Rotate between assignments as needed to support production

- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training

What We Are Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 5+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience

- Familiarity with G‑code programming

- Experience with Mazak and Fanuc controls preferred

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

- Strong reading, math, and data entry abilities

- General computer proficiency

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to stand for the full shift
