Our ideal candidate has a passion for driving sales and building relationships. Our BDM/RSM will search for new customers and representatives, as needed, in assigned territory. If you're motivated by closing sales and connecting with people, this is the position for you!

- Help drive sales by identifying customers/sales opportunities

- Build representative network and supporting representatives as needed

- Actively cultivate new customer opportunities to grow our business

- Develop an understanding of our extensive product offerings to provide technical expertise to customers

- Track and follow up on business opportunities

- These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

The GDS team is a diverse and motivated group. These key skills keep our group running smoothly.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or four (4) years of direct sales experience

- Technical aptitude is necessary, and industrial sales experience is a plus

- Proficient with Microsoft Applications, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point; ability to learn and adapt to new software programs as needed

GDS Corp is a subsidiary of Welker, Inc. This is an in-office, full time position working Monday – Friday in League City, TX.

The starting salary is determined by experience, potential, and education. Welker offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including paid time off, paid holidays, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
