JOIN HAMPEL OIL DISTRIBUTORS AS REGIONAL SALES MANAGER in WEST/SOUTH TEXAS
Hampel is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing territory managers, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer. Regional Sales Manager will cover the Permian Basin & Eagle Ford shale areas.
You must live or be willing to relocate to DFW, Odessa, Midland or Monahans Texas area
- Starting salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 base plus bonuses. First year total income can be in $150,000 - $160,000 range
- Schedule is 5-day work week with weekend as needed
- Overnight travel at times

- Manage the daily activities of the region’s sales team that promotes the growth of the company
- Assist in closing new business and managing existing accounts
- Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments
- Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base
- Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points
What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:
- 5 years in a sales management position.
- Previous experience in outside sales operations
- Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and help others achieve their goals
- Previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification
