Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager

who will promote and drive commercial initiatives and contribute to the expansion of SoEnergy International's business.

Challenges and Responsibilities

Develop commercial strategies for prospecting new customers and markets.

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that goals are met.

Collaborate with energy transformation and business expansion.

What we expect from you

Knowledge of the energy market, including regulations, trends, and competition.

Ability to analyze market data, identify sales opportunities, and develop strategies to explore new markets.

Ability to negotiate complex contracts.

Close new business opportunities for the company.

Required Qualifications

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree

Specialization in Sales and/or Marketing

Professional experience in sales of power generation solutions or related services.

Experience with negotiating temporary and permanent contracts.

Experience with application engineering, energy marketing, and bidding processes is desirable.

Courses related to the energy sector.

Specialization in Projects, Market Analysis, and Electric Sector Regulation is desirable.

Knowledge:

Advanced English and Spanish.

Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

ERP user, preferably Totvs Protheus.

CRM user, preferably Salesforce.
