The Billing Clerk plays a pivotal role in streamlining the billing process. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, this position is integral to ensuring smooth operations. This is a non-exempt position.
Promptly resolves billing issues and responds to any problems that arise.
Manage the distribution of various reports, Invoice proofs and copies.
Collaborate with office personnel to trouble shoot work orders and billing concerns.
Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Regular and reliable attendance and presence at work.
Demonstrate professionalism, be courteous and always be friendly to customers and co-workers.
Foster regular interaction with peers, fostering productive face-to-face and spontaneous meetings.
Follow company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines as well as Employee Handbook policies.
