Must be fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Financial Coordinator to support our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and financial tasks.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and financial records
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Provide bilingual support for emails, calls, and meetings
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with financial software or bookkeeping preferred
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US
