- Manage Accounts Payable and issue Purchase Orders
- Complete weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees
- File HST and payroll deductions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain union records and required submissions
- Support employee onboarding and maintain safety documentation
- Assist with client reporting and operational metrics
- Manage WSIB-related tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with multiple offices across Canada and the U.S.
- Oversee staff within the Receivables department
