Mako Industries is hiring an Administrative Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of the Dallas office. This role is primarily office-based and focuses on organization, communication, and administrative support. Over time, the position will be trained to oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities for the Dallas office, ensuring efficient operations and consistent processes.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Dallas office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-office inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry, job documentation, and record keeping
- Support scheduling, coordination, and communication between office staff and field technicians
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents as needed
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain a professional office environment
- Follow established company procedures and assist with improving administrative workflows
- Train over time to oversee administrative functions and support staff for the Dallas office
- High school diploma or equivalent required (associate degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, or service industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
