The Administrative Assistant provides general clerical and administrative support to help maintain smooth daily office operations. This role is best suited for a dependable individual who is comfortable working on a computer, following established procedures, and assisting with routine office tasks. The position does not involve management responsibilities or decision-making authority.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as directed
- Prepare, format, and organize basic documents and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with scanning, copying, emailing, and recordkeeping
- Support basic invoicing, expense tracking, or document organization as instructed
- Order office supplies and assist with general office upkeep
- Coordinate simple tasks and follow up on assigned action items
- Provide administrative support to the business owner and office manager as needed
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
- Comfortable using a computer and common office software (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
- Basic typing, filing, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience working in an office environment
