Accounting Manager

Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team located in Holbrook, New York. Four Seasons is one of the largest manufacturers of sunrooms, screen enclosures, and greenhouses and solutions for outdoor living spaces. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building product’s needs.

As part of the national headquarters, serving twenty locations accounting for over $120 million in sales, you will work in a dynamic environment as a key team member running the centralized accounting and reporting functions for the business.

Responsibilities:

- Supervision, Training and development of accounting staff

- Managing company financial accounts across all divisions

- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data

- Creating financial reports

- Overseeing budgets and analyzing variances

- Supervision of all compliance requirements for all entities in all states

- Ensuring financials are prepared in accordance with GAAP

- Work to improve accounting processes and procedures and ensure adherence to procedures

- Work with Divisional Controllers and all managers throughout the various organizations

- Assist Controller in cash management

- Coordinate quarterly reporting requirements and year end audit

- Ability to work independently and multitask

- Ensure accuracy of elimination entries and intercompany accounts

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

- Microsoft office suite with strong excel skills (Vlookups, Sum Ifs, Pivot Tables)

- Experience with Infor Syteline/Cloudsuite ERP or similar comprehensive software

- Manufacturing Experience a plus

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
