The Role - What A Day In The Life Looks Like:As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be a key leader within the Accounting & Finance team, overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic financial management with hands-on support for daily office activities.
You’ll guide core functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory oversight. Your leadership will ensure compliance, streamline processes, and support decision-making across the organization. At the same time, you'll be a friendly and reliable presence in the office—someone who can shift gears smoothly, respond to unexpected needs, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external partners.

- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements (general ledger accounts, month-end journal entries, and expense accruals)
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly regulation reporting
- Maintain chart of accounts
- AR reporting
- Daily AP duties (credit card posting, EFT drafts, and bank uploads)
- Post daily banking transactions
- Inventory adjustments and returns as needed
Required Qualifications - What You Bring To The Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 4-6 years of Accounting Manager (or equivalent) experience
- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to effectively work as a team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
