Account Relationship and Sales Manager

Norvoch is a fine body jewelry manufacturing company with over 20 years in the jewelry industry. We are looking for a full-time, in-office Account Relations and Sales Manager to join our team.

This role is a mix of account management, sales, and daily customer communication. You’ll support and grow existing wholesale accounts, help bring in new customers, and handle customer conversations through phone calls, emails, and social media messages. Some office work is included, along with occasional travel for studio visits and piercing expos (domestic and potentially international).

We need someone who is energized, active, and driven—a people-person who moves fast, follows up, and builds real relationships.

Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with new and existing wholesale customers to drive sales growth

- Answer daily customer communication: phone calls, emails, and sales-related social media messages (Instagram, etc.)

- Provide top-tier customer service: product guidance, order support, follow-ups, and issue resolution

- Identify customer needs and recommend the best product solutions for their studio

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations (virtual and in-person as needed)

- Maintain organized customer notes, follow-up schedules, and account updates

- Support general office tasks related to sales and customer service

- Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and improve customer experience

- Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity

- Travel for studio visits, tours, and piercing expos when required (domestic and potentially international)

Requirements and Preferred Experience

- Piercing industry experience preferred (studio, jewelry brands, or related roles)

- Sales, account management, or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and social platforms)

- High energy, proactive, and motivated—you enjoy staying busy and getting results

- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customers and tasks daily

- Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

- Willingness to travel when needed
