Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and analysis skills. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through supporting outside sales and timely, accurate customer service.
- Manage and support key, established customer accounts
- Support outside sales by preparing quotes and supporting customers
- Enter and manage open orders from customers
- Provide customers with timely support on technical issues and lead times
- Manage vendor purchase orders and lead times
- Respond by phone and email to any inbound requests
- Experience in marketing and sales administration is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
