The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Manassas, VA. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring successful execution of projects. The Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and manage client accounts efficiently. Additional duties include generating new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, and business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple accounts and deadlines
- Understanding of vacuum excavation, industrial services, or relevant industries is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools is a plus
