The Account Coordinator for PROPWR is responsible for leading account/customer-specific functions and initiatives for their assigned accounts. This role involves managing customer relationships, customer-specific initiatives, meeting customer-specific needs, and serving as a single point of contact for their customers in all PROPWR-related needs. The Account Coordinator will work collaboratively with Project Management during periods of new business onboarding to understand each project and to facilitate communications with the client. The Account Coordinator works collaboratively with Operations during ongoing stages of business to ensure continuity between the customer, PROPWR leadership, and field operations. The Account Coordinator is responsible for regular reporting (weekly/monthly per client need), ad hoc reporting, invoicing, and other customer-specific administrative tasks. This critical role focuses on providing PROPWR’s customers with a single point of contact and a high comfort level regarding all general aspects of PROPWR business while also serving as Customer/Project Subject Matter Expert.
- Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts.
- Responsible for customer relationships at all levels
- Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client relations and cultivation of inside sales opportunities.
- Own day-to-day needs of customers and corresponding collaboration with other PROPWR and ProPetro stakeholders to meet those needs in an expedited manner.
- Remain familiar with all nuances of the customer’s account including special billing considerations, ad hoc needs, one-off scenarios, and differentiators as the PROPWR subject matter expert, ensuring that these elements are considered and included whenever and wherever applicable.
- Facilitate the monthly invoicing process by gathering all necessary data, compiling it, and providing the first quality check to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Project Management during new project deployments to support processes.
- Serve as single point of contact for assigned customers, thereby simplifying their experiences with PROPWR.
- Likewise, serve as an internal single point of contact for all aspects related to assigned Customers; consequently, the Account Coordinator is the resident expert on their assigned customers and is able to streamline communication and optimize action for the benefit of both PROPWR and the Customer.
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver all customer reporting, ensuring that PROPWR goes beyond simply sharing data and is actively engaged in providing insight, sharing wins, and identifying opportunities for improvement, for which the Account Coordinator will collaborate with PWRCOM to develop those improvements, and wall relevant PROPWR Departments to execute those improvements.
- Ensure clear, effective, sufficient, consistent, and impactful communication around all aspects of assigned customers, both internally and externally.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- Additionally, a minimum 3 years of customer/client relations experience involving frequent direct contact with customers and coordinated action internally throughout the company.
- 2 years of experience with project management responsibilities and functions.
- Experience with Data Analysis is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite required. An advanced level of skill and experience with Excel is required. Strong Word and PowerPoint skills are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
