Office Coordinator

A private, worldwide analytical laboratory and consulting firm is seeking a hard-working office coordinator with data entry and accounts receivable experience for a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with some overtime required.

General Requirements: 1. High school diploma + 1 year experience in administrative work required

2. IT literate (eg. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Detail oriented

4. Well organized

5. Effective communicator

6. Vision sufficient to read computer printed or handwritten documents and machine displays

7. Speech and hearing sufficient to communicate by phone or in person

8. Mobility sufficient to move throughout the work site

9. Physical ability to remain stationary at work post for long periods of time

10. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and be able to work efficiently

11. Must be able to use documentation practices equivalent to Good Documentation Practices

12. Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently

13. Must accept responsibility and manage tasks to completion

14. Must be able to work alone as well as in a team environment

15. Must be able to meet deadlines as assigned.

Responsibilities:

16. Answers phones

17. Assists clients with inquiries

18. Data entry with a high degree of accuracy

19. Preparing and sending client reports

20. Invoices clients & Collects Payment

21. Assist with collections duties

22. Maintains client records

23. Continually strives to improve office processes and procedures

24. Ensuring the protection of customers’ confidential information and proprietary rights, including procedures for protecting the electronic storage and transmission of results

25. Performs other duties as assigned by Laboratory Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
