The Warehouse Worker III is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations at a renewable energy facility. This role ensures materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support site operations. The position involves working closely with internal teams including procurement, suppliers, and buyers to maintain accurate inventory and ensure materials are available when needed.
Key responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, performing cycle counts, kitting materials for projects, issuing inventory to internal customers, and maintaining accurate records within the warehouse management system (WMS). This role also supports tool room operations, internal site deliveries, and inventory control processes to maintain compliance with company standards and SOX reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in warehouse or plant environments, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. This position requires the ability to operate forklifts, move materials within the facility, maintain accurate inventory documentation, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

- Receives, inspects, and unloads goods and materials and places into inventory. Processes reservations and issues material to customers utilizing the systems as defined by the company.
- Receives and reviews orders for goods and materials.
- Ability to lift 30lbs and move inventory where required.
- Ability to become forklift certified to receive and putaway pallets of materials from trucks to storage racks
- Reviews inventory records to determine availability.
- Pulls requested items and stages for pick up or delivery.
- Updates warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed
- Maintains records of delivered items and remaining inventory
- Updates manual or automated inventory listings
- Operates a variety of light equipment, hand trucks and vehicles within a warehouse environment
- Delivers material, captures proof of delivery signatures, and maintains a record of delivered items
- Performs cycle counting
- Perform other duties as required including housekeeping and safety related tasks
- Receives, inspects, and unloads goods and materials and places into inventory.
- Processes reservations and issues material to end users, including via walk-up requests.
- Operates various heavy equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks and carts.
- Delivers material, captures proof of delivery signatures, and maintains a record of delivered items.
- Implements policies designed to maintain inventory and ensure reliability
- Visual inspection of inventory on an ongoing basis
- Understanding of plant operations and safety-first work culture.
- Forklift certified to receive and put away pallets of materials from trucks to storage racks
- Utilize site SOPs and product literature to understand and complete assessment of equipment/products
- Updates warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed to:
- Maintain records of delivered items and remaining inventory
- Update manual or automated inventory listings
- Perform other duties as requested; including Warehouse Tech I duties
- Ability to maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
