The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overseeing day to day operations and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and maintains a safe, secure, and organized warehouse environment.

- Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.

- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials.

- Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.

- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.

- Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Education & Certifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Experience

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in the natural gas compression industry.

Skills & Abilities

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

- Promote culture of customer service.

Physical Demands

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided

- Ability to travel to and from locations.

- Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for handling materials.

- Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

- Must be able to work under pressure and occasional long or irregular hours.
