Warehouse Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our technicians have what they need to succeed in the field.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and stock organization.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts.

- Coordinate with service managers and technicians to ensure job readiness and material availability.

- Implement and maintain safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

- Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and performance.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.

- Utilize inventory software and systems to track and report on warehouse metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the trades or home services industry.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials is a plus.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

- Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
