Valve Service Coordinator

PTW is looking for a full-time Valve Service Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB!

Job Details:

- Position: Valve service coordinator

- Shift: Monday to Friday

- Working hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

- Overtime: Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis

- Location: Fort McMurray (Gregoire location)

- Compensation: Competitive rates based on your experience

- Travel Pay: Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area

Requirements:

- Wearhouse / Administrative and/or Customer Serviceexperience is an asset

- Basic Microsoft experience

- Knowledge of how to properly use basic power & hand tools

- Forklift, pallet jack and overhead crane experience an asset, but training will be provided

- Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work)

- A valid Class 5 driver's license is required

- CSA Steel Toe Boots

- Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area

A Day In The Life:

- Receives, records and processes customer requests

- Initiates service orders of received valves

- Obtains material quotes and source material as required from multiple vendors

- Reviews, certifies, and maintains document control

- Picks and packages products for shipment. Coordinates carrier pick-up; prepares packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.

- Inspects incoming shipments to ensure accuracy; inspects for damaged goods. Unloads and receives parts, finished goods and returned goods.

- Administrative and Warehouse duties as required

- Performs all other duties as assigned by manager.
