In this role, you will provide help desk services, customer support, and coordination services for the WREGIS department.

You will—

- Act as first-line help desk support over email and phone.

- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as needed.

- Perform “Know Your Customer” profiles on prospective new customers.

- Train customers and staff on WREGIS systems as required.

- Coordinate in-person and virtual user training events.

- Create and maintain documentation for system users and internal procedures.

- Implement document control and maintain security of confidential information.

- Communicate professionally with people throughout the organization as well as customer and stakeholder organizations.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

You will enjoy this role if you—

- Have a combination of at least three years’ education and work experience that shows your ability to perform major duties.

- Understand or are interested in renewable energy markets, trends, and standards.

- Have an aptitude for organization, coordination, and interpersonal relations.

- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Have superb computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Are willing to help coworkers with other tasks as assigned.

Benefits and Compensation

The base hourly pay range for this full-time position is $26.59–$31.30 + discretionary pay + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and mid-point for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will share more details during the hiring process.
