How You’ll Make An Impact
- Build and execute market strategies across utility segments.
- Discover trends and opportunities through deep research.
- Grow qualified pipeline and market share.
- Lead customer engagements and cultivate senior relationships.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver winning solutions.
- Develop tailored proposals, cases, and presentations.

- Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events.
- Inform product roadmaps with customer and market feedback.
- Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and technology advancements.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related; Master’s a plus.
- 7 minimum years in utility sector market management.
- 5 years minimum of leading a team of people.
- Expertise in generation, transmission, distribution, smart grids, renewables, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven record delivering growth through go‑to‑market strategy.
- Willing to travel up to 40%
- Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder influence skills; effective independently and in cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft 365; willing to travel domestically and internationally.
