The role of Training Coordinator assists in planning, coordinating, and directing of compliance training for field employees.
- Communicates with new hires and existing field employees regarding getting scheduled for and completing required compliance training.
- Manage entries in compliance training tracking systems
- Assists in maintaining corporate databse with current compliance requirements
- Manage travel requirements for field employees while attending compliance training to include lodging and mileage
- Manage DOT OQ Reports in ISN database
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with training databases such as ISNetworld preferred
