What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

- Acts as the single point of contact for scheduling dates for all training activities.

- Coordinates instructor assignments.

- Sets up facilities and materials required for training.

- Coordinates and notifies participants and instructors of travel arrangements when needed Proctors and administers testing.

- Provides computer support for training activities.

- Performs data entry of all training and qualification.

- Assists with training audits.

- Plays an active role in creating a safe and healthy workplace and comply with all applicable safety and health rules.

What You'll Bring

- High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.

- Knowledge of onboarding processes and systems.

- Ability to schedule, track, and manage internal and external training sessions for staff across various departments.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadline.

- Perform accuracy in data entry, training assignments, and documentation.

- Competence in using learning management systems (LMS).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.

- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.

Total Rewards Package

- Salary: $59,000- $77,000 per year and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
