Madsen's Territory Sales Manager is based in Ontario and plays a vital role in expanding our market presence. Located in Ontario, this role involves engaging with clients to promote our industrial control solutions, supporting our company's growth and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Key duties include:

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the industrial sector

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

- Presenting technical solutions tailored to customer needs

- Negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends

- Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions

- Supporting marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

Required qualifications include:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within industrial controls or engineering sectors (5 years + in an industrial setting)

- Strong negotiation and business development skills

- Ability to manage accounts and develop long-term client relationships

- Proficiency with B2B sales strategies and technical sales approaches

- Excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with CRM platforms

- Analytical mindset with strong customer service orientation

- Experience in technology sales related to industrial equipment

- Knowledge of the Canadian industrial market landscape.
