As a Talent Acquisition Partner
you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles in our company. You will work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition and HR teams as well as our hiring managers to attract top talent to our organization while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Work with HR Business partners and Sourcing Specialists to develop and implement appropriate talent sourcing strategies as well as ensure appropriate talent platforms are being utilized
- Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, talent databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing preferred)
