The Student Intern – AV Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams Rooms) will assist the AV support team in providing technical assistance with the daily operations of the organization.
- Support all audiovisual daily operations
- Support the existing infrastructure and assist in the design and deployment of audiovisual solutions in support of both business and technical initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in order to propose solutions to improve the audiovisual infrastructure
- Prepare and maintain audiovisual infrastructure diagrams and other technical documentation in a comprehensive manner
- Support WSSC Water initiatives with product evaluations, integration and on-going product management for components of the enterprise network
- Maintain updated parts inventory of audiovisual supplies (tapes, batteries, cabling, etc.) and related electronic equipment
- Participate in a preventive maintenance program (e.g. cleaning monitors and lenses and changing batteries and light bulbs.)
- Diagnose and resolve various media system problems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) configurations, settings, and user guides
- Good customer focus and ability to work with and meet business users’ requirements.

- Strong interpersonal interaction skills, such as partnering, conflict management, consulting, mentoring.1+ years completed college education in an IT-focused discipline
