Student Intern - Systems Administration/Platform Technologies Support

The Student Intern – Systems Administration/Platform Technologies Support will support efforts related to backup recovery, performance tuning, problem determination and resolution, deployment and will help to develop and implement business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery plans. The Student Intern Systems Administration/Platform Technologies Support is expected to provide Junior-level administration and engineering support for all of WSSC Water’s Microsoft server platform technologies which include Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Azure Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).

Junior-level administration and engineering support for all of WSSC Water’s Microsoft server platform technologies which include Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Azure Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).

- Entry-level hands on knowledge of VMware technologies

- Entry-level knowledge of script writing with Powershell

Minimum Education, Experience Requirements

Completion of 2+ years college towards a degree in IT or related discipline.
